Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Lafayette Luxury Concierge Services Private Limited (“Lafayette Luxury Concierge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services or placing requests with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Client: The individual or entity who has subscribed to our services.
- Service(s): Luxury concierge services provided by Lafayette Luxury Concierge as outlined in this agreement.
- Vendor: A third-party service provider engaged by Lafayette Luxury Concierge to fulfill client requests.
- Membership: A contractual agreement granting the Client access to Lafayette Luxury Concierge’s services.
- Request: A request placed by the Client for arranging goods or services through third-party Vendors.
- Applicable Law: Legal requirements in force within the jurisdiction where Lafayette Luxury Concierge operates.
2. Membership and Service Agreement
2.1. Eligibility & Application
- Membership applications are subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of Lafayette Luxury Concierge.
- Clients must provide accurate personal details; failure to do so may result in termination.
2.2. Membership Benefits
- Clients gain access to tailored concierge services, including lifestyle management, travel planning, and exclusive experiences.
2.3. Membership Fees & Renewals
- Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
- Renewal fees will be communicated prior to the renewal date.
2.4. Termination
- Lafayette Luxury Concierge reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of a breach of these Terms.
- Clients may cancel their membership with prior written notice of at least 30 days before the renewal date.
3. Scope of Services
3.1. Provided Services
- Personal and lifestyle concierge services, including reservations, event planning, and travel arrangements.
- Procurement of goods and services through third-party Vendors.
3.2. Best-Effort Basis
- Services are subject to availability through third-party providers.
3.3. Third-Party Responsibility
- Lafayette Luxury Concierge is not responsible for the quality, performance, or fulfillment of third-party products or services.
4. Requests & Fulfillment
4.1. Placing Requests
- Requests can be made via email, phone, or a designated platform.
- Clients must provide clear and accurate information for each request.
4.2. Fulfillment Process
- Requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
- Certain requests may require advance payment or additional verification.
4.3. Third-Party Services
- Lafayette Luxury Concierge acts as an intermediary between Clients and Vendors.
- We are not liable for delays or deficiencies caused by third-party Vendors.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Service Charges
- Services must be prepaid unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Additional costs incurred during service execution will be billed separately.
5.2. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds will follow the Vendor’s refund policy.
- Service charges paid to Lafayette Luxury Concierge are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Exclusions
- Lafayette Luxury Concierge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, force majeure events, or errors by third-party Vendors.
6.2. Liability Cap
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Client information will be handled securely and not shared with third parties except for service fulfillment.
- Clients must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access or misuse of their personal information.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and materials remain the property of Lafayette Luxury Concierge.
- Clients are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing our proprietary materials.
9. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Lafayette Luxury Concierge harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising out of:
- Misuse of services.
- Breach of these Terms.
- Actions of third-party Vendors engaged by the Client.
10. Force Majeure
Lafayette Luxury Concierge is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions.
- Labor strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
- Cybersecurity incidents or system failures.
11. Amendments to These Terms
- Lafayette Luxury Concierge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Significant changes will be communicated via the website or direct notifications.
- Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Indian law.
- Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, arbitration will be conducted in Maharashtra, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Courts in Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.
